Weight-Loss Weight Loss in San Diego- Week 4 – Slowly on the road to thin… Well, this week went ok. I lost a full 2 lbs- that’s a total weight loss of 7.2 lbs since the start. It’s not a bad weight loss for a week, but I would have liked to see some major movement. Especially as this week I really passed up on a lot of temptation! I really think that if you pass up temptation, the next time you weigh yourself, there should be a major difference! (And now back to reality…) I did discover something amazing this week though. Shiratake Noodles! They are AWESOME!! 20 calories, and only 3 carbs. They’re made out of TOFU! So they can be added into a stir-fry and you feel as though you’re totally eating something naughty, but you’re not! On the take shape for life plan, they count as a vegetable! Can you imagine, pasta as a vegetable! The texture is a little bit squeekier than regular noodles, but if you’re not having them side by side, who would even know. I feed them to my kids and they haven’t noticed the difference! Yay! Other challenges that I’m having are eating all my meals and drinking enough water. I’m not doing so well with that. So my goal for next week is more water and eat on time. Tune in again next week to see how it went.
